Another point of you is composed of points. A point can be and become anything. A thought, a memory, a place. It’s photographs of the world we walk through, knowledge we find along the way, words and music. You can explore them and learn from them; find feeling. The points are divided by the place they come from and what connects them is you – without a you to share the feeling with, it would all be just another point.

I went to Lebanon alone. I felt lost that summer, the one that came upon returning from Kurdistan. For months, I kept reading dense books and applying for internships I could not possibly get. I ached for my existence to be confirmed by getting accepted. That did not happen, of course, and I got in touch with Fritz whom we met in Sulaymaniyah, who led a small NGO in northern Lebanon, the Relief&Reconciliation for Syria. A few days later, I was on a plane. I found that Lebanon is beautiful, but I still don't know what I think about the work for refugees we did. I only know that I existed.
